A flattish Te Horo circuit. The weather forecast is a bit mixed again, so a ride with lots of turn back options.

Up to Te Horo by the usual Peka Peka beach route, then up to the end of Te Hapua, back to Morrison and Pukenamu. From there we'll do the loop of Te Horo beach village and Simms rd. Probably resisiting the temptation of the Bus Stop, we 'll head up to Harakeke Rd, then up to Te Waka, up Otaki Gorge Rd to Houtere Cross, School Rd, Settlement Rd and back via Te Horo Beach Rd and Pukenamu. there's a fair chance of a tailwind so could be a good chance to have a crack at the Pukenamu segment for the Strava challenge

A pretty decent reverse block ride last week, especially once the sun came out. After I'd recovered the use of my fingers I set myself 100 lines - "I will not ride in the aka's with short fingered gloved in winter".  A solid endurance pace, and we mamaged to keep the group together on the drag back up from Pauatahanui.
