Rouleur Winter Programme:

The Rouleur Group (Intermediate Group) numbers have waxed and waned over the past year or so, to provide greater direction a more focussed approach over the winter is planned, designed to supplement individuals weekly personal training plans. We will alternate weekly between a flat and hilly ride, to kick start through the remainder of May and into June the flat ride will be approx. 100km with initially the hillier rides 75-85kms. All the rides are endurance rides (the speed sessions should be done in the week) with the aim of attracting new riders/members and adopting a no drop policy.  Over the winter, the distances/routes will become longer and more challenging.

Ideas on routes etc are welcomed, email me with your choice.

A point to note: the Rouleur Group ride is a club ride, not a strong-arm contest.
