The club are supporting the KWT by offering a few cycle skills sessions ahead of the upcoming popular women's triathalon.  They are free and all are welcome.

The first session will be this Tuesday (13th) at Southwards, starting at 5pm. Meet at the Club trailer in the carpark.  This will cover basic riding skills, including riding near others and turning around a cone.

Then on Wednesday 21st Feb at 6.30pm, meet at King Arthur Drive for a road-session, with short rides, covering passing/being passed and using gears to climb up rises.

Both sessions will be about 45-60m mins, and be run by Glynis Te Maipai Kemp.
