You’re probably reading this because you found a little paper bag of goodies in your letter box.   The biscuits inside that goody bag are for you, as a way of saying thank you for your patience and grace in dealing with us cyclists.

We cyclists acknowledge that we can have an impact on the normal traffic patterns.  We acknowledge that we need to ride responsibly & follow the rules of the road as we are passing through your neighbourhood.  And we wanted to say thank you for driving safely around us, with a sincere (and sweet!) act of kindness.

This second drop of biscuits is to you and your neighbours, all residences in a well ridden biking area in Reikorangi.  Over 50 athletes, & people who care about them, home-baked over 1200 biscuits for you, with sincere gratitude and appreciation.

We are very lucky to have such beautiful surroundings to cycle in.  Thank you for watching out for us and driving safely around us so we can ride these roads for years to come.

We’d also like to use this opportunity to do a bit of “biscuit advocacy”.  If you want to know more about how we can share the roads click HERE for more information about how we can all work together.
